Red and Black Heifers bred to easy calving Red and Black Angus Bulls.
Bulls turned out June 11 to start calving March 20. Pulled again on July 27 to finish May 5.
Bred to proven easy calving Bulls. Heifers has all shots this spring and were ivomeced.
Ken Leask- 50 Black Angus bred heifers. They are bred to low birth weight purebred Black Angus bulls and are due to start calving April 3. They were IBR and BVD vaccinated in the spring before breeding and ivomec on Oct 21/18.
50 head of Mixed Crossbred Bred Cows. All cows are 3 years and up. They are bred back Charolais/Red Angus or Simmental/Red Angus. Bulls were turned out June 5 and pulled August 15. All calves were sold off these good cows on October 22. The steers averaged 660lbs and heifers averaged 640lbs.

These heifers have been ranch raised and hand picked from our herd that has been built up over the last forty years.Exposed on June 16 to a registered Black Angus bull with a birthweight of 78 pounds from the Ulmer’s farm at Stony Plain ,these heifers will be due to calve beginning March 25. The bull was pulled Nov 8.
Heifers received Noromectin treatment on Nov 10. All are marked with a single DXM brand on the left rib. Thank you
